Pre-enrollment interview for a successful partnership

To ensure that TLCI’s individualized, empowerment-learning program is the right match for your children, we have created a comprehensive pre-enrollment interview process.

When you request to enroll, we email you more information about TLCI and schedule a pre-enrollment interview.

This comprehensive interview includes:

• Details about your child’s needs, educational history and progress, learning styles and special conditions
• Empowerment Learning
• Individual Learning Plan (ILP)
     Curriculum, resources
     self-designed courses
• Annual schedule overview
• TLCI’s responsibilities and requirements
• High school overview:
     Program and process
     Dual enrollment (college/high school)
     Credits and our grading option
     High school graduation, diploma, transcripts, college admission, and academic scholarships
     NCAA athletic scholarships
• K-8 program overview
• Testing, educational support, tutoring
• Enrollment agreement tuition and fees
• Q & A

The enrollment advisor will address your questions and concerns to help you make the best choice for your children.

If you and the enrollment advisor are confident that TLCI is the right match for your family, you can then enroll. If it becomes clear during the interview that TLCI is not the right match for your family, the enrollment advisor will offer recommendations for other programs that might better serve your needs.

The enrollment intake process is completed during the first Start Up meeting or conference, when the TLCI consultant will determine which additional service packages or curriculum, if any, will be required as a condition of enrollment to ensure the success of your family in this program.
